Need help with the selection of Cake Decorating Kits?

I try to make my boyfriend who is actually in the kitchen cake decorating set. I will be frank in saying that I know nothing about cake decorating, so I have no idea what must look again. The price is not really a concern and I'm not necessarily looking for something with a little over a million things in that will probably not useful. In essence, I'm looking for something that it is good quality, useful for cooking Avid and practice. He did not Cake Decorating Stuff! Thus, opinions on what you think can be great together?
