On the food network channel their was a very simple recipe for a refrigerated cheese cake. It was one pkg of cream cheese, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice. this was all mixed and put into a prepared graham cracker crust, chilled for a few hours and topped with cherry pie filling. so easy and delicious!! I was wondering if anyone has any other simple type cheese Cake Recipes to share like maybe a chocolate one, or blueberry one

Easy Chocolate Cheesepie

Everyone Loves Chocolate Cheesepie!

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, baking bar broken into pieces
1/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon milk
2 cups whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crumb crust
additional whipped topping (optional)
chocolate curls, garnish (optional)

Microwave chocolate pieces at HIGH (100%) for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, cream cheese and milk until blended and smooth.
Fold in melted chocolate.
Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.
Spoon into pie crust.
Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
Garnish with additional whipped topping & Chocolate curls, if desired.

Easy Cheese Cake

“An easy no-bake cheesecake using powdered whipped topping and flavored with cherry brandy. Decorate with chocolate syrup and fresh fruit slices, or just serve on its own.”

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 (1.3 ounce) envelopes whipped topping mix
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 fluid ounces cherry brandy
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, mix the whipped topping powder as directed on package and beat until thick. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and drop them into the whipped topping, one at a time, while beating. Pour in the cherry brandy and beat another 5 minutes at high speed.
Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, or until set.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Cake

This is basically blueberry buckle with a cream cheese filling. The recipe is from Anna Olson, host of Food Network’s “Sugar”. Absolutely delicious!

Cake
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
Cream Cheese filling
8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 cups blueberries
Steusel
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease 9″ spring-form pan.
For the cake: Cream together butter and sugar until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla, beat inches.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add alternately with milk until combined.
Scrape batter into pan and spread evenly.
For cream cheese filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add sugar, scraping the sides of the bowl well.
Add vanilla and blend.
Add egg and mix well.
Spoon cream cheese filling over cake batter.
Top with blueberries.
For the streusel: In small bowl blend sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle streusel on top of berries.
Bake 50-60 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing.
Note: I usually bake for 52 minutes.
