Do you know any egg free cake recipes?
I’m looking to make a cake without eggs, for the birthday celebration of someone. I am not vegan, so you can use milk and butter as usual – but no eggs or animal fat. I would love to be able to find some recipes that I could use. Thanks in advance!
This is a wonderfully rich and moist cake. For my daughters favorite. She is allergic to eggs. Do not let the vinegar scare you. You may not even know it’s there. Delicious egg-free cake chocolate 1 1 / 2 cups flour 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 1 cup white sugar 1 / 4 cup cocoa unsweetened 1 teaspoon baking soda 5 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup cold water 1 / 2 cup chocolate fudge semi-chips Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 8×8 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda. Mix well with a fork, then add the oil, vinegar and vanilla extract. When dry ingredients are well moistened, pour in cold water and stir until dough is smooth. Add chocolate chips and pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a rack.
