How I can start getting healthy today?

I have 13 years. I'm not overweight, but I have a lot of muscle and I want to stay very strong, I am a ballroom dancer, so I need that. I want to start a new diet (weight loss not only to stay healthy) and the new exercise regiment TODAY. I have really wanted to start living a healthier life! Here are my ideas so far: cooking without gluten (I decorate cakes too, and I love to cook) antioxidants (I love acai berries, etc so no problem) Make healthy drinks (vitamin water, water clearer!) Eat Drink organic products more vitamins

Why bother with gluten – unless you have a problem with gluten? Eat more vegetables and whole grains. Avoid white bread and white sugar. Do not waste your money on luxury water – tap water is fine. Get plenty of exercise.
