well, sooo, I do wedding cakes …?

I'm like a baker amazing .. well, except for cookies. something about them. ugh. anyway. as I can make homemade cakes, but only with cocoa powder and the recipe on the box. like my dream is to make wedding cakes. and I realized that I'm losing time. SO, my mom would get lessons on how to decorate cakes and stuff. I do not know how to make wedding cakes. I know how to make regular cakes. but wedding cakes I have to be more resistant. And how I can make without a prescription as some people do. or does anyone know an online place where they have like a million recipes that are really good. not easier than Google is trying to give me. hahah I mean, yeah, Im going to take classes in their entirety. but id would like to start practicing on my own. just some tips and advice? Take classes in cake decoration that his mother will into.Then when SA will grade and still want to make cakes, then attend a professional cooking school and learn to do it professionally, as there is much more for cake decoration etc which put the icing on the cake ….. I would recommend Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute of America or Johnson & Wales University, There is probably a school of Le Cordon Bleu program in your area.
