Which wilton (icing) tips should I use for decorating this cake?

what wilton tip(s) do I need for the borders/hearts/flowers on this cake? can you tell me which tip goes for which thing? thank you!

Okay, I’ll answer as I figure each one out — I hope you don’t mind.

First of all, the hearts are made with a tip #3

The flowers appear to be a swirl flower that can be made with a #2D tip, using a tip #3 for the dot in the middle.

It’s hard to tell exactly what the bottom three borders are — it looks like round dots made with a round tip. Depending on the dot size, it could be any tip ranging from #8 through #12. When you are shopping for Wilton tips at Michael’s, look to see the actual tip opening. If you’re unsure, always go for a smaller size — you can always make the dot bigger than the hole opening, but can’t make it smaller using a larger tip.

The border around the top layer looks like smaller dots, maybe using a tip ranging from #3 through #6. I can’t tell what’s bordering the fondant ribbon — more dots? If so, it appears to be the same size as the top layer border. I would use the same tip.
