strawberry Cake Recipe?
Hi, I bought some frozen strawberries a couple of days and sprinkled sugar on them and them in the fridge …. as no body thought of eating them in a blender and make a cake with the liquid. only a plain English-like cake for the kids, or a cake. recipes?
Pudding like Strawberry Cake with a decadent white chocolate frosting. * 1 (18.25 ounce) package white Cake Mix * 1 1 / 2 cups strawberries frozen sweetened, mashed * 12 ounces cream cheese * 8 (1 ounce) squares white chocolate 1 cup heavy cream * 1 (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed * 1 / 2 liter get sliced fresh strawberries 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9 inch Cake Pans round. 2. Make cake according to directions except alternate, 1 1 / 2 cups strawberries for water and add 1 extra egg, (if cake mix calls for 2 eggs add 3), and 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature. Coat well and pour into prepared pans. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. When you insert a toothpick in the center will not come out clean When the cake is done it is very humid. Let the cake cool completely before frosting. 4. Make Frosting: Heat the cream until it just begins to boil. Pour the white chocolate (chopped) and the remaining 4 ounces of cream cheese. Mix well and let cool. Times, once cold whipped cream. The use of ice cooled cake and decorate with sliced fresh strawberries.
